Payment and Shipping Methods
Start an order
The order for any product, chosen from those in the catalog, is made by placing it in the shopping basket.
For some products, duly identified in the online store, the purchase may be limited to a certain number of copies.
The customer can cancel the order by sending it to the following email: email@example.com - within 24 hours after PERDIGONMANIA has received the order confirmation. The cancellation request will only take effect when the order number and the customer's name are indicated.
How to place an order
To place an order, you need to follow the following steps:
- Choose the products you want and add them to the “shopping cart”
- Proceed to checkout
- Enter personal data or enter login data
- Insert information about the delivery and billing address.
- Choose a payment method and click on “Checkout”. By activating the “Checkout” button on the order form, the Customer fully and unreservedly accepts all the Terms and Conditions of Sale as indicated on the website at the time of purchase.
- Make the payment.
- If payment is authorized, the Customer will receive a confirmation of receipt of the order.
A copy of the order receipt confirmation will be sent to the Customer's email address. It is recommended to print or transfer the copy for possible future reference.
Products can be paid for using the different electronic payment methods:
- Credit Card (via PayPal platform);
- Debit Card (via PayPal platform)
Prices and Currency
Prices shown in the online store include VAT at the legal rate in force at the time of purchase, to which the respective postage costs are added, being duly itemized before the final purchase validation phase.
Any other costs resulting from the sending of orders abroad, namely customs clearance costs, will be the sole responsibility of the purchaser of the product.
Prices indicated in the online store are subject to change. PERDIGONMANIA reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. However, once we receive confirmation of receipt of an order, the price to be paid for that order will not be changed.
PERDIGONMANIA cannot be held responsible for any exchange rate changes that any bank may apply (when changing from euro to another currency).
Deliveries in Europe and the rest of the world vary according to destination and transport time, and can reach 2 weeks.
Delivery of the order
Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday. Deliveries are not made on weekends or public holidays.
Orders can only be delivered to private homes or offices. Deliveries are made during normal working hours. Thus, to facilitate delivery, Clients are asked to indicate the address of the work or any other address where someone may be to receive the packaging.
The Customer will have to check the condition of the package upon delivery. If the packaging is damaged, you must not accept delivery. The amount to be paid for the purchase and delivery charges will be refunded to the Customer once PERDIGONMANIA has processed the return of the products.
