Ordering a product, chosen from those in the catalogue, is done by placing it in the shopping cart.
For some products, duly identified in the online store, acquisition may be limited to a certain number of copies.
The customer may cancel the order by sending it to the following email: info@perdigonmania.com – within 24 hours after Perdigonmania has received confirmation of the order. The cancellation request will only take effect when the order number and the customer's name are indicated.
To place an order, you must follow the following steps:
1. Choose the products you want and add them to the “shopping cart”;
2. Continue to “checkout”;
3. Enter information about the delivery and billing address.
4. Choose a payment method and click “Complete Order”. By activating the “Finalize Order” button on the order form, the Customer fully and unreservedly accepts all Terms and Conditions of Sale as indicated on the website at the time of purchase.
5. Make the payment.
A copy of confirmation of receipt of the order will be sent to the Customer's email address. It is recommended to print or download a copy for possible future reference.
Products can be paid for using different payment methods:

The prices displayed in the online store include VAT at the legal rate in force at the time of purchase, plus the respective shipping costs, being duly detailed before the final validation phase of the purchase.
Any other costs resulting from sending orders abroad, including customs clearance costs, will be the sole responsibility of the purchaser of the product.
Prices indicated in the online store are subject to change. Perdigonmania reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. However, once we receive confirmation of receipt of an order, the price payable for that order will not change.
Perdigonmania cannot be held responsible for any changes in exchange rates that any bank may apply (when exchanging euros for another currency).
Perdigonmania delivers orders through its carrier contracted for this purpose. Each shipment is accompanied by an envelope containing the following documents: invoice and Carrier Guide. Product deliveries will only occur on business days.
The company used to send orders will be CTT.
Orders are delivered in Portugal, as a rule, within a maximum period of 7 working days after the date of payment.
Deliveries in Europe and the rest of the world vary according to the destination and transport time, and can take up to 2 weeks.
Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday. Deliveries are not made on weekends or public holidays.
Orders can only be delivered to private residences or offices.
Deliveries are made during normal working hours.
Therefore, to facilitate delivery, Customers are asked to indicate the work address or any other address where someone may be present to receive the package.
The Customer will have to check the condition of the packaging upon delivery. If the packaging is damaged, you must not accept delivery. The amount payable for the purchase and delivery costs will be refunded to the Customer as soon as Perdigonmania has processed the return of the products.
